Um, yeah. I’m going to blame this one on the child. :)
I’m definitely forgot a few days (and my blog altogether). This foster junk is crazy. You guys should try it sometime. No, really. Go try it. It’s crazy. Or have your own baby…that’s probably crazy too. Took him to the doctor yesterday. Yikes. … I’m gettin’ the shivers just thinking about it again.
Ok, back to awesomeness. I’ve decided to do it at work (morning break). That should help me remember to get it done. Repeating W2D2 tomorrow, picking up from there.
Last week I did W2D1 on tuesday and couldn’t do W2D2 until Saturday morning and I was STILL sore… :( Tuesday night (this week) I was up all night (literally) with Megan (neck pain and then nausea). Then moved three couches yesterday. I really don’t know when I’m going to get W2D3 in. Probably Saturday… i might try tomorrow evening. Then wait til Monday or Tuesday to do the initial test again. Then hold off the rest of next week to recoup and start W3 the following Mon.
Has anybody moved onto week 3? Somewhat of a jump from week 2. Ridiculous.
Dumb, huh? If you can do 26 pushups max after week two…. then do 25 then do 17 then 17 then 15 then do more than 25? DUMBA! I’ll be doing W2 for a few more weeks.
Ok, so I’ve been a little behind. Been using “busy” as an excuse to not set aside 10 minutes every other day for push-ups.
…but I’m starting W2 again today. I PROMISE!
I don’t know about you guys but I just did 124 straight push ups this morning.
Lies.
Oh, I switched over to doing wall push ups.
