26 (before I lost good form) - Rank 3.
What’s good form besides keeping your back straight? Upper arm parallel to ground, 90 deg elbow angle, head up, palms down or fists, 1 or 2 feet on ground? I propose we control these variables between everyone.
If I remember correctly the first time I ever met Eric, before saying hello, he asked how many pushups I could do and had me get down on his push up bars.

It’s almost 90 degrees in the office because our air conditioner has been out of commission for a week. I ain’t gonna drop down here at work, but as soon as I get home I will promise you I will do a minimum of 21 push ups (maximum of 200 for sake of competition).

First of all air condition has nothing to do with it. Secondly, I consider myself to be the John Wayne type that doesn’t jump when someone yells jump. You’ll know when I start doing my push-ups tonight because it’ll rattle the pictures in your house. Thirdly, why does bekah know how to do it and no one else?
Is there any correlation to your rank and which workout you do? Each week only has 3 columns with the hardest workout applicable to anyone higher than a mid rank 2 (”more than 10 push ups”).
Alright, got 27 solid ones - ah the joy of going last. If I hadn’t gone last I easily would’ve stopped at 22. Screamed bloody murder the last few out.
Day 1 complete. Max = 8.
Maxed out 15, but took all of the 60 seconds for breaks.
Day 1: 13.
Joining a day late… initial test of 52. I guess that puts me at rank 5. You think this program will really work?
Day 2 for me has yield 11.
finally got day two: maxed 13 didn’t notice the time increase between lvls >.<
